I completely agree. I saw Bob Costas comment on it during the halftime of the Cowboys / Redskins game. He said that according to the rules, the referees made the correct call. (unbelieveable) He also said that what looks and feels like a touchdown should indeed be a touchdown and that the league should take a look at the rule and make a change.
I saw the replay and don't know how you don't rule that a touchdown. Lions got screwed IMO.
