I do recall a couple iHub'ers claiming they received dividends for Hunt Gold. Hopefully they will respond to your post. No one that I know of has received the historical divy for FFGO as of yet. Hopefully someone who is a historical shareholder of record couold inform us as things progress.

The existance of HGLC were 3 mining spins that were issued to shareholders time back when HGLC first started to trade. The kicker was the historical share holders in street name didn't get shares in a timely manner from a hold up with the DTCC.. It is my understanding that the problem should be resolved at this time from what I have gathered from IR over the last few months, so that won't happen again.

The Bouse and S. Copperstone are held if not mistaken by Cos. them selves on book, WY Corps. I persume when 100% of Bouse and S. Copperstone are fully aquired the execution of the deal should be completed.

Historical share holders are an integral part of the whole deal. Keep in mind insiders hold the largest precentages and will want dollar for dollar, as I would. The Class A & Bs are the vehicle to secure it for us all!

NMGL according to statements is looking for institutional investors. I would watch for more filings over the next 90 day period with them. Once 100% of B and SC are put under the umbrella so to speak of NMGL, NMGL will be in real good shape equity wise..:-) I get that right TEX? lol
