That's pretty much it, robwilly...a meet and greet. Legally, there's not much that can be said or done at this meeting that one must be an attendee to, in order to know about.

If anything of significant value could be gleaned from it, I would guess it'd be an in-depth 'interview' of the new (LTC) insiders. While we've been given their formal bio's, there's still no doubt, quite a bit more they could tell attendees personally.

For one, it seems that .06 has been the bottom for CTGI regardless of volume. New insiders buying? Or perhaps they already have a network of clients just waiting for LTC? Maybe they have a wealth of unmentioned qualifications or contacts that will lend well to LTC publicly 'breaking-out' just as soon as is possible?

In any event, I don't expect any substantial feedback from attendees, come Monday. We might see a flurry of buying, but that'd be about it, chances are.

Re: "...poor dissemination of the news release..."

The last PR was tantamount to a telegram issued to a very limited readership, in my book. However, given the PR's subtitle, Informal Shareholders Meeting on September 10, 2010, that may have been the intent. In terms of impact, a sharp divergence in the accum/dist line occurred after issuance.

It's nearly inconceivable the Company would showcase its new management with pomp and circumstance and then hold them hostage to a further extended audit delay. That being said, reference to iconic "two weeks" (a hallmark pinkie "throwaway") for audit completion was not comforting.
