Ahhh yes .. but then AMHD would be require to file in other jurisdictions where those assets are located and employed. And AMHD is not registered to do business and/or paying taxes in other states.

So we come back to the same conclusion ... AMHD has NO real assets.

ps Amelot Holdings is registered in the State of New York but its filings are out of date. Aziz is still listed as Chairman or CEO.
