I dont know what impact a SPA would have on the stock price in the short run. But, I would be very very happy if they got a SPA. However, they havent talked about it, so from my point of view it would be a very very nice surprise. It means that you can start counting the months to eventual approval (provided positive results) it also increases significantly the chance of an erlier partnership/buyout. All in All a SPA would be the best possible outcome from tommorows CC. Although I dont realy expect it, and hope not to be dissapointed with a "Hohum" just start of p3...
