Honestly, I would probably rather have Harvey give a trial design for their initial pivotal trial on Monday, and also say they are planning to partner '534 "later" to register a "first-line" trial going up against Tasigna/Gleevec/Sprycel.... that way, the market can speculate on a partner and run the shares up as to how much upfront they will get.
I would hope they don't announce a '534 on Monday worth roughly the same as the upfront for the '573 deal (which, IMO, sucked, looking in the rear view mirror).
