Your time line is Wrong.
The more shares issued than legally available was a Loftwerks /Ammerman issue.
It has not even been referenced by the OSC or the RCMP.

I suggest again that you take some time to learn the FACTS by reading the Amended Statement of Allegations from the OSC.

The Oracle continues to release misinformation. Can't believe that some listen.
