The number of shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding as of July 31, 2007 was 69,151,129 (right after the Merck deal).

As I told LAX, I was thinking about total now, incorrectly.

Regardless, the market-cap at the time of the Merck Agreement in 2007 was roughly $450,000,000 (price: ~$6.50).

Today's market-cap is standing at roughly $410,000,000 (price: ~$3.70).

Not much difference in the market-caps between 2007 (then) and 2010 (now) despite the share price being nearly $2.00 lower.
