Seriously? What permit you ask? The "Simple Air Permit" for starters. You know the permit everyone is waiting on. The issues they have had are the simple fact that a the CEO said it would NOT take months and seemed to laugh at the notion, yet here we are many months later and still no permit.

The permit is not a big deal and really means nothing. This is not an FDA approval for a cancer drug, just a simple air permit. Doesn't mean profits, doesn't mean success, just a simple air permit. Every factory or any other company that emits pollutants had to get one and some succeed and some fail.

People have made this air permit out to be some milestone that I suspect will be just another opportunity to provide liquidity for more dumping of shares by those in the know.

What permit do you say they need and for what reason? What requires them to get this permit? What is the processor emitting that requires a permit?
What issues have they had with the EPA/DEC?
