Please try to read the OSC's Amendment Statement of Allegations so that you can acquaint yourself with the Facts.

Lets see ... the Seven violations/charges under the Ontario Securites Act were:
1. FRAUD
2. Manipulative Trading Practices (equivalent to Insider Trading)
3. Failure to file a Prospectus
4. Failure to Register Shares
5. Conduct Contrary to the Public Interest.
6. Releasing False and Misleading Information
7. Releasing False and Misleading Information (two counts)

My bet ... they are found GUILTY/In Violation on ALL Counts.
