I figured it out too! Its called a 1 for 800 reverse split. Might take more when people bail out in the face of a huge reverse split. I'll say 1 for 1000. Spare me the Ripley's Believe It Or Not commentary about how this is a billion dollar company to get close to $4 bucks. I gave up hootch 30 years ago.

REVERSE SPLIT ... that is the easiest route to raising the PPS.

Unfortunately .. EEGC does NOT meet the Net Asset test either.

Reg. FD is important as well.

Looking forward to the next news release from Empire. They are quickly putting in place the foundation and building blocks of this soon to be GREAT company. The next news will be one of the many initiatives they have announced that they are working on:
* Financing of 180 million
* Ordering of the RIG to drill
* Expanded parameters
* Adding respected Board Members
* Development and financing of the Flare Gas Technology
* Listing back to the OB for the interim, then to NASDAQ
* creation of a Joint Venture with a gulf region oil company

People, Empire is going to be a winner one way or other. One way is bringing oil to the surface, and the other ways is through Flare Gas Technology, and the newly announced Grand Monarch Holdings Incorporated Reacquisition. So you see one way or the other, this .02 cent stock will be much much higher one day, and soon as well.

Its exciting and easy to watch them develop all of the above from my comfortable chair. They are working very hard to make Empire wildly successful. My thanks to Malcolm and team for all their efforts. Always IMO.
