A while back the Kardashian clan was seen around the Meatpacking District looking for retail space. Now, producers of their reality series

said they’re looking for employees for a “hot and trendy new women’s clothing store” who of course are ok with appearing on reality television, NY Racked is reporting.

They don’t say that you’re working for Khloe and Kourtney’s DASH boutique, but it sounds like it’s for the upcoming E! reality series “Khloe and Kourtney Take Miami” which is heading to New York City.

Below is the full casting call:

“Bunim/Murray Productions, producers of “The Real World” and “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” are casting for employees at a Manhattan clothing boutique!

A hot and trendy new women’s clothing store is about to open in NYC and we’re looking for stylish full-time employees with a passion for retail. The store will be featured on a reality TV show, so applicants should not be camera shy!! Retail experience is preferred but not required – if you’re a dedicated worker don’t hesitate to apply. If you are currently looking for a full-time job in retail and are outgoing enough to be a part of a reality show, please contact our team at: NYCRetailCasting@gmail.com or visit www.bunim-murray.com.

Make sure to include your name, age, contact info *including phone number*, a brief paragraph explaining your interest, work history, and describing your personality, and attach a recent photo. Our casting team will follow up with you!

A few notes about our search:
- you must be able to work full time beginning October 1, 2010
- this is not an acting job – you’re being yourself… just on camera!
- you must be age 18 or over
- both male and female applicants are eligible”
.

DA is not able to sell any shares until Sept. 30th and it needs to be followed by a Form 4

You're right and wrong.

He can start selling as soon as the 144 is in transit to the SEC (that's where you're wrong). He must file the Form 4 AFTER he's done selling (that's where you're right). So...the form 4 can be up to 90 days following the 144.

What if he had a good friend that owned 20 or 40 million shares and was holding them for DA and was selling them now or has been selling them the past week or so. How would this play out?
