#33034 RE: Dragon5 #33025

You couldn't be more wrong if you were trying.

First, the OS was 2,510,000,000+ as of June 30,2010. (See filing) That means in just ONE YEAR they issued MORE THAN 1,000,000,000 shares!

Second, a reverse split does not effect the AS. In over 10 yrs i have never once seen a reverse split that applied to the AS as well as the OS.

Third, this company is no where near breaking even. (read the financials) They have never, in any quarter, come close to breaking even.

Fourth, it looks as if there may be a "Convertible Debenture" (better known as 'Toxic Financing') in play here. (Again, read the financials and the allusion to conversion of debt) If so, that is a very, very bad sign.

One of the first signs of a scam is a gagged TA. If you cannot call the TA and find out within 10 minutes what the up to date OS is, the TA is gagged. They're only gagged for one reason, and it is not good for share holders.

So, in all due respect, I repeat, there really isn't any alternative to a reverse split. And, you sir, really need to educate yourself before you lose a fortune and cause others to do the same by stating as fact things that are egregiously in error,.
