obie, just who is doing the misleading here? What he stated is in fact true. CH 7 has been put off the table for the next 90 days with the recent court rulings! Of course we are not out of the woods yet, but posting the truth is not misleading!

I don't remember anyone saying Chap 7 is completely off the table. We are all very aware that it COULD happen. However, with the recent court rulings most of us believe the odds of Chap 7 are becoming less and less!!

From what I have read you and couple of other people are the only ones saying there is only one possible outcome. Since Web hasn't had a chance to answer my question, may you can.... How can approval of virtually everything CPRK has asked for be a bad thing??

Mislead investors? If it's posted the CPRKQ pps is going down to .0001 and it subsequently rises by more than 30% to .0023, is that not misleading as well?
