P&D Ihubbers is all it was. There's gold in making what isn't, appear as though it were...kinda like fool's gold.

IMO, if the PR really related to THIS company, along with NEGS including their own symbol, they'd also have included PRPM's. Only makes sense, not to mention would be typical/the norm.
