So ... every time Bendall fails to complete something he PR'd ... it seems like there is an excuse/reason.
Today it is that Legal Counsel advised him not to do it??
And I thought all PRs were reviewed by legal counsel???

Seems like Bendall gets a bye every time he puts out a Bogus PR.

And that is what the June 12/09 PR seems to be now .... a BOGUS PR.

It is not so long ago that folks were praising Malcolm for NOT doing a dilutionary joint venture and so maintaining the interests of the minorities. Times certainly do change.
