Well, you are wrong on some items:

Number 4. Sales for 2011 won't reach $500,000. Another large drop.

Number 7. Debt only $ 2 mil

Number 8. They have good products but they just aren't available. I would like to ask how do you know returns are high? Thanks.

Number 10. 10,000 cases scooped up by distributors. Will public buy them? That is the $64 question.
