Wrong again and you should not intentionally mislead this board(me2 please take note). The CEO Chris Winter told me and I passed on to this board those share were restricted for 12 months. So you making stuff up in hurting all the board members. And anyone is free to call Chris and ask him if he told me that or just ask how long the shares were restricted for. So unless you can show proof and not just what you think it would be better and more helpful to this board if you refrained. Thanks for understanding.
