Well, I am not a soothesayer nor mystic, but I believe that there are good things going on behind the scenes and the market is just waiting to find out the outcome.
1. Joint Venture is taking place and they are waiting to release the definitives to the trading world.
2. Possibly working to get the suit dropped by the bonehead sue happy ex-finance companies (would make for a much better PR/News release)
3. Could be working on a drill schedule with targets from the anomolies (would also make for a much juicier press release)
4. Might have some other people in line now for a piece of the action for the Az. breccia pipes.
So many unknowns, but we do have some really important knowns too:
1. No longer in default to creditors - they accepted escrow payment and released the land holdings/claims that were collateral
2. Land conveyance did take place according to the 6K filed by Northern Dynasty and is in care of U5 Resources (a subsidiary of the Group of companies) that Hunter Dickinson manages collectively
3. With the land conveyance, 1 million cash and 3 million convertible loan being interdependent with a JV/Earn In, that means we are working with Hunter Dickinson's group of companies now.
4. The bozo's suing the company really don't have a leg to stand on in my opinion (read some of the past posts, goes into details as to why I assume this) and the suit will either be thrown out, or settled out of court.
5. We are sitting on top of the most PROMISING MINERAL FIND IN US HISTORY, AND MOST LIKELY IN "WORLD HISTORY" and could have enough minerals for several hundred years at our disposal....and once this is PROVEN, THERE IS NOT ANY WAY IN THE WORLD THAT THIS STOCK PRICE WON'T BE IN MULTIPLES OF DOLLARS !!!!
