VXX likes bear markets...with improving markets it'll go down. Market volume and volitity adds to it's movement...average volume is 22.7M. You'll need to make a decision as to your opinion...is the market going to trend up or down? Sideways does you no good either. imho. I like it for day trades...not a long hold. Z
