Souza, I think it is roughly 150 billion per year (industry wide), but I am not totally sure what figures PTSC are using. All I know is PTSC says the patent is worth a billion USD. I just don't know.

Rambus licenses some of their IP for 2% - 3% and is considered expensive. All I do is google these things and read, but I don't know how PTSC is doing it. They are asking for triple damages though.
