Since you asked, I gave him a call. Still waiting. To make a long story short, he said he was supposed to receive a fax of the filing but he hadn't yet so, naturally nothing was released. I asked if they were definitely working on it and he said yes and to still expect it. It's out of his hands right now.
I also called Randy Hudson, no answewr but, I left a message. Hope to hear from him.
Either way I'm still holding and waiting, patience is key.
