there are definitely positives including future revenue potential and development/marketing agreements, and i do like the heavy ownership of common by management.
Still, they are not quite yet in the revenue phase, and may need to increase the a/s as they are very close to being fully issued
at near 600 million. Where will they get cash ? As with many of these legitimately promising ventures, buying the shares at the right time is critical. If I saw that they had cash I would be more inclined to invest at this juncture.
