Exactly...there are so many investors that are strictly searching for yield..it opens up a lot of new money that could be brought in. Value guys will look at it much more closely as well.. You get a quarterly dividend of a dime, this stock will never drop below $10.00 again.. Even if it did, I'd take my 4% yield and stop paying attention to the day to day gyrations..
