This is another Lumb & Co scam with the pocket puppet Lowenthal (formerly aligned with the stock fraud crook Bezzano at HGLC) serving as the front man.

These South African swindlers are going down hard. Can't wait for the FBI to make their move against these foreign con artists? You and about 2500 other people.
