Looks like the MM's moved the price back to 0.0007 at EOD this means nothing. Small trades like 5,000 or 10,000 is usually MM traffic. They obviously wanted it there for a particular reason I have seen this when they are stepping off the ask, we could be preparing for a nice run today.
