If the CFO's of Tyco, Enron, and WorldwideCON had not owned stock then, AG John Ashcroft could have concentrated on his true calling and would have become ReichsFuehrer by now. LOL
Creativity in a CFO is a dangerous commodity... They ought to have no temptation ... just look at the damn numbers, and report them as they are.
The only creativity needed in a company such as Transmeta is in design, engineering, and sales.
