This is a big step that STS PR'd the Stanley contract. All of us longs already knew of it but PR'ing it means that they got approval from Stanley and possibly the DOS to do so.
This is some solid EVRM news and is a start in the right direction as it still has some deciphering required to be done by investors to presume its true worth of the Stanley contract in relation to EVRM. Still, from what we know, this very well could be the start of something major finally beginning to happen.
What's news here? Didn't we think well over 1 year ago that they were in on this thru their relationship(in name only) with Stanley? Sounds like more B/S no-teeth to me.
