Yes, all of those things would help, OR, just give thanks for the abundance that you have received and are about to receive. I am quite sure your head will not explode no matter how much you chant. Although it might explode into enlightenment which would be a good thing for you and all those around you. Imagine all those people suddenly starting to like you. Your whole world would change and that positive energy would flow out into the world to make it a better place instead of the bitter place that has consumed you.
