I think those debentures have already been converted to shares erdos. Shares began getting heavy around .02 and the longs ate up a bunch but not enough to sustain the pps. I have a feeling we are still seeing the converted shares and just need to keep eating through them. It's only a matter of time until they are gone. Assuming another issuance doesn't develop.

erdos... The debentures are part of the business for stocks like this. They need to manage cash flow, and capital for growth, as well as being concerned for diluting shareholders. It is a fine line to walk and they are very cognizant of it. They've done a much better job at it than most other companies that I've been involved with. IMO
