I'm totally in your camp Alchemist, and don't post much for the same reasons. Too many posters on this board spread nothing but FUD, and have their own personal adgendas. IMO the company has refocused itself of late, and is getting on with the business at hand and job #1 is getting financing. The company has unreal potential as long they stay committed to the business plan, and leave ego's at the front door before entering. There are a lot of talented folks involved with Quasar, and I'm counting on them doing an effective job of bringing value to the company and ultimately to the stockholders. That was my initial reason for investing with this company and with the latest additions of Jeff Landreth and Gene Johnson, that talent pool has gotten even better. I'm looking forward to much better days ahead...

I find my situation somewhat as yours, but regret that I can not buy more. I am "content" with the way things are going---yes I wish the PPS was higher, but, hopefully, that will be resolved. I invested because of Dean's Dream and have little "problem" with him being in charge until he lets go---much more so than than the pennie crowd with pitchforks and fire:-)---unless he really is frankenstien then all bets are off:-)

I do not care for reverse splits, since in my experience they seem to be"Woe" for the share holder---I know not always, but this is a pennie stock!:-) Any split to land on a higher exchange would seem to have to be quite large? If it has to be, then once funding is announced I would like to see a 1 for 5 split with 1 Billion shares taken out of the market/retired. This leaves 200Million for the Qasp and 300 million for share-holders (500 million)---still a high share count, but better than 1.5 billion. This, along with funding, could drive the PPS higher and Qasp would have many shares to use as needed and might be seen as a very positive sign by share-holders/market---not all of course---and funding could be used to pay for whatever Qasp deems fit.

I do invest in pennie stocks and bought Qasp twice last year for some fast $$$, but sold at even money or a small loss, since it seemed not to move. The more I looked the more I saw a real investment opportunity and "slowly" bought back in to just over 5 million shares. This is an "expensive" stock, per share, in my little world:-)

I am of the belief that there is much going on that we have no idea of and it will all come together "eventually". So,"ladies" take a deeeeep breath, sit on down, have some popcorn and enjoy what ya gots:-) Regards rveach
