Rubber Duck. But that doesn't get to the bottom of why do it by splitting KATX into two (this is the part you are talking about and like you I'm happy with why they might do this) and then immediately undo it again by turning KATC into a wholly owned subsidiary of KATG ie no longer a separate, publically trading company (this is the bit I am struggling with).
