With the kind of information we are waiting to hear - between the ownership status, SEC permit, PUC approval of PPA, etc. - do the charts really mean anything anyway. I don't really think so, especially when they're compared with historic charts, as some have done. In fact, I hope the PPS doesn't follow historic trends. IMO.
