That makes more sense... I certainly do not think they can handle even 1 more decent-sized project before 2012 without raising capital...

It is impressive that we are talking 10 deals in the pipeline looking forward 5-10 years though. I sometimes forget that this is the country that loves the 5-year-plans ;).
