I see that have interpreted the passage incorrectly. It seemed that the capacity quoted in the 2010 fourth quarter press release was lower than of that mentioned in the CC.

I see that earlier in the CC they talk expanded on capacity goals:

"In addition, we will also spend $6.3 million to build a new 200k metric ton production line, which will produce humic acid organic compound fertilizers with construction beginning this September and the production commencing by March 2011."

I guess this could make guidance conservative.
