I dunno ne trader. All I know is, I wouldn't touch it before lunch, after lunch, or any other time. That manipulated chit is garbage, and should be banned.
The ticker should be deactivated and any remaining legitimate shareholders given any credit at the bid (if it has one) and purge the worthless security out of their trading accounts once and for all.
Just my view. Some folks might like or see opportunity with the crap that's going on there but it's not for me.
