here is a link from a contractor in CA that did a case study I am I just sent them an email with to him to see if he knows about aqua star and if not tell him I want it in my home.

If you read closely -THEIR residential unit use refrigerants. YUCK!

OUR PATENTS allow for residential operation without refrigerants.

They call themselves Ecosmart. Ha! WE'RE EcoSMARTER bro!

These systems still use freon but use water to keep the temperature of the freon lower.

Lower freon operating pressures and temperatures create less stress on mechanical components.
