Hi Losing... One thing I think that would help to point out as well is to stay out of these picks on a market's red day. If the market is red, hold out for a better cheaper price, unless of course momentum is absolutely powering the stock to infinity and beyond!

I am ready to start picking some of these up with actual cash last week.

It should be noted, that of all paper plays I made over the last few weeks, only 1 went bad (I cut losses with a 5% loss - STXS). This is now back to a break even point. The crappy market days pulled it down...

GLTA... there is something real good happening here.
