All those shares mostly are restricted and being held by Chris Winter and he has not sold any shares and does not plan on selling into the market etc. He does use shares to pays as do other public companies, so maybe one of the these companies decides to sell the shares for cash. NO DILUTION FROM THE COMPANY TO DATE AND NONE PLANED PER THE CEO!!!
