Uh, the TA is never wrong. The TA is the one that maintains the official stock records (counts and maximums). The TA is only as accurate as the info given to them, as far as the AS is concerned. Other records, such as the OS and float, HAVE to be accurate. In this case, the bozo "CEO" hasn't updated them with the correct Authorized Shares. The reality is that the Secretary of State in which a corporation is based is the authoritative body that holds the correct information. So we all know, from contacting the SOS of Wyoming, what the correct authorized share structure is. We also know, until the TA was GAGGED, what the current shares outstanding was.
There is absolutely no reason for the IBOX to not contain the easily verifiable information that should be shown, especially for someone who claims to not lean one way or another. Unless you're calling Variant2 and others liars that have posted false info. As far as I know, the info garnered from the transfer agent is 100% accurate. So between the Wyoming SOS and the TA, there's no reason to doubt and not update the IBOX that you're in charge of, as a mod. If you're going to wait for the pinksheet updates, which are done by the "company', then you're going to wait a while. Just like the "financials" that aren't forthcoming or the revenue that the company wishes it had. Trust me, I'm just waiting to see those numbers, as are some others with vested interest. BW's a wimp and won't release anything. Gee, wonder why.
