Thanks for the post dogma, and for the very informative analysis. Did you know that the FDA claims they are not proposing tougher rules and regulations for food contaminants because they cannot find a rapid test. The FDA says a rapid test would be one "that could provide accurate and reliable identification within minutes." This sounds like the MIT 1000 to me.
