The 8k suggests it is max, I would like to think it is a typo..if I read it clearly? lol Kinda hard for one to say, "hey our GOLD is now worth x and now @ 5% more and share holders don't get a benefit from it". Might ask the largest shareholders how they will feel about that one!~ I know what I would say.. And it starts with F____ that! Show me the money! lol
