Being in contact with, and having generalized support from almost 50% is just as good as 51%. We can have reasonable confidence that, if what is presented to them to vote on is well supported and makes sense for shareholders, well over 50% are likely to approve it, once they get the ballot and see that it is in their best interest. Our challenge is the negative campaigning tactics that are often used to defeat ballot initiatives. There is a lot of money available from moneyed interests that can be used to try to defeat anything we try to do.
I say keep collecting support, but we already ahve what we need to move.
