It is not 4 million. It is probably 300milin. Just like yesterday, 250k, then someone sold 30 million shares. Only to decrease to 200k.

ARCA's 100K gone. Like I said before. Company might have bought Legal Logistics and owners have sold out some of their positions and will keep the rest for higher PPS.
