Well they're definitely not a pink. They're OTCQB. And even a pinksheet is tradable online. You'll have to ask your Canadian broker why you can't trade online.

I am from Canada too and I can't make a buy order electronically, however, you can make a sell using the online broker. Not sure why but my other OTCBB stocks are the same and they are all listed as QB/OTCBB stocks not pinks, I have to phone in to make a buy but I can sell online, I guess it's alright to do it this way though. Some other OTCBB stocks such as I-N-B-G to name one, I can do my trades absolutely online without calling in to the broker. All the best!
