Debators have agreed to not go against the EC plan, and will agree to what plan they have, this may be because of the Sept 13th date for Tronox exclusivity.

I don`t think it is a hidden agenda at all, but that`s just my opinion.

Don't forget that the court filing announcing this was signed by BOTH debtor counsel and EC counsel, they must be in some sort of agreement
