They can't take them from O/S. O/S are shares that have been authorized, issued, and purchased by someone. They issued them from A/S. But I could be wrong about that 1.2B number, because what I said is the theoretical explanation of what is happening today, news + high volume. But legally, per Nevada law, a company can't issue O/S below Par Value. We know Par Value of APCX's O/S stock is 0.001, Common Stock Par Value: 0.001, per OTC website:http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/APCX/news So, most likely APCX has issued 600mm shares at .001 and gave them to owners of Legal Logistics. Owners are selling part at .0005, small lose. But, will probably sell handful of the remaining at a high price, say, .01 or .02.
