Yes, you are correct. He is required to check a box which posts the disclaimer (that he is a paid professional representing the company) in every one of his posts.
He has not done so, (not just with NXXI but for ANY of the companies he and his firm represents) but now has been contacted by IH re-instructing him to do that, as per the agreement that all paid PR people agree to when they PAY IH for this service.
