THRR said a .01 buyout, come on...the lights should have went on. Kuni has come through. He doesn't make far fetched promises and doesn't hype the company. He is building a company. Some here want a 10 bagger overnite. It's not going to happen that way. If you want hype sell and buy DMGM, they were .01 and are being bought out at $2.00 a share...another joke people are falling for.

in the LOI Kuni stated he was looking at late august as a closing date for this accusition
to me late august early sept would be the same
there are delays sometimes in these things

he never mention an excact date and has always completed what he says so far

in the latest PR he mentions still moving forward on this

Kuni often does PR things a bit late, we get info whenever he feels like it pretty much, but we do get the info eventually that he said he'd give us.
