Although there was some buying early in the day, others began selling into the buying demand.

The question is, who was selling? Were they CLDR financiers, promoters or insiders?

I'm being "helpful" because I am suspicious of this company after knowing a little bit about its history. I suspect substantial dilution through financing entities may be occurring. I also find the company to be less than transparent.

For example, today they announced an acquisition but did not state how much the company paid in cash and/or stock. Was the stock paid to the owners restricted or free trading?

Was the new company worth what they paid?

So many more questions, but insufficient information was provided.
